    For Bojangles, this is by far one of the best ones that I have been to.

    Service=GREAT and with a smile.  These folks will do anything they can to please you.

    Food= Classic Cajun style chicken that is so yummy served with that wonderful biscuit.  I could eat 3 or 4 of them at a time.  (Of course I don't)

    Right near the highway so its easy in and easy out.  Everything is always so fresh here.

    The lady who takes food orders in the morning is half asleep clearly looks disinterested in being there. I get it, but buck up! Food is good though!

    Horrible experience.  Slow drive-thru service.  Ordered two breast meal and did not have two breasts available at 5:15 on a Friday afternoon.  So they substituted for a thigh but still charged for a 2 breast meal.  No utensils provided for Sides.   Pitiful!

    Heard from the manager after posting this review.  Apology and gift cards received for our inconvenience.  Appreciate the follow up and excellent customer service.

    I came to this Bojangles , traveling with my friends and some family . We came in with a group of about 15 people in front of us who got their food instantly . We were a group of 5 . That's right , 5 . And we waited a solid 30 minutes for our meals , because they said they ran out of chicken ! How does bojangles run out of chicken ? When I asked for fresh bo-rounds , they gave me some new ones that were NOT hot ! I'm extremely disappointed and WONT be back

    I ordered a chicken biscuit and the bread was hard as a rock, I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else, not fresh like their commercial shows. This is not the first time, I thought it may be the time of day but no change on next visit and my last.
